Heavy Vehicle Bridge Railing
Hampden’s Heavy Vehicle Bridge Rails feature a heavy steel intermediate rail and closely spaced posts. This design dramatically reduces the chance of a vehicle breaking through the railing during an accidental impact. Fully welded and Hot Dip Galvanised, they provide a safe, durable and effective barrier to keep people safer.
Walkway Bridge Railing
Similar in construction to our heavier Vehicle Bridge Railings, our Walkway Bridge Railings use 20mm solid steel rods welded to a heavy steel flat bar which are then attached to posts. Rods, flat bars, panels and posts are Hot Dip Galvanised to Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4680 to ensure longevity.

Hot Dip Galvanizing – the best protection inside and out
AS/NZS 4680 is the Australian/New Zealand Standard for Hot Dip Galvanized (zinc) coatings on fabricated ferrous articles. It specifies the requirements of the coating and includes information on coating mass and thickness, appearance and freedom from defects as well as suitable repair methods.
